48th and Dodge- Construction Update

Crews have finished the final top-coating of the west parking structure on the 48th and Dodge Multifamily project. Wood-framing is starting, which will continue taking the west building vertical. Foundations are underway for the east building.

In 1984, Michael Yanney laid the foundation for Burlington Capital (formerly America First Companies). Over the years, Mr. Yanney’s leadership guided our expansion into multifamily real estate and international agribusiness investments.

Throughout his career, Mr. Yanney’s leadership was characterized by his distinctive shorthand – a simple “Y” or “See me, Y” gracing internal memos. If you received a note with his trademark signature, you were most likely invited to the executive conference room to discuss a new business idea. In admiration of Mr. Yanney’s visionary leadership, The Y, formerly the executive conference room, was dedicated in his honor. To all that work here, the “Y” is more than just a meeting space.
