The Airport Business Park has reached an exciting milestone with the announcement of Pacific Engineering Inc. (PEI) as its first recruited employer.
The Lincoln-based manufacturer will occupy 150,000 square feet of manufacturing space near Omaha’s airport, bringing its operations to the growing business park. The expansion is expected to create more than 150 new jobs over the next five years, representing an important step in the park’s mission to attract new investment and strengthen the regional economy.
Burlington Capital is proud to partner with the Omaha Economic Development Corporation (OEDC) on the Airport Business Park, a collaborative effort to transform the area into a premier destination for industrial and manufacturing growth. Welcoming the first employer is an exciting milestone and reflects the progress being made to bring new opportunities to the site.
While this marks an important beginning, it is only the first of many milestones to come. Site development and business recruitment efforts continue as the Airport Business Park grows, with the goal of attracting companies that will create jobs, encourage investment, and contribute to the long-term success of North Omaha.
We are excited to welcome Pacific Engineering to the Airport Business Park and look forward to the continued momentum of this transformational project.
