Burlington Capital has expertise in the development of affordable housing for our nation’s Veterans. Burlington Capital seeks to develop affordable housing by utilizing the federal tax credit program in conjunction with the local Veteran’s Affairs Medical Centers and local housing authorities. By utilizing existing federal programs and leveraging private financing Burlington Capital seeks to create quality, affordable housing to Veterans most in need.

VICTORY APARTMENTS & OFFICES

  • Selected by U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to develop co-located housing and services for homeless Veterans.
  • 90 apartments
  • Project was financed in part by 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and project based section 8 VASH vouchers
  • Received the Charles L. Edson Tax Credit Excellence Award

VICTORY II APARTMENTS

  • 60 apartments adjacent to Victory Apartments & Offices
  • Project was financed in part by 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and project based section 8 VASH vouchers

VICTORY PARK

  • First multiphase, campus enhanced use lease (EUL) in partnership with U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
  • First phase provides 70 apartments serving homeless veterans
  • Financed in part by 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and project based section 8 VASH vouchers
  • 60 acre campus planned to include medical services and additional housing
  • 2020 recipient of the Charles L. Edson Tax Credit Excellence Award

  • The 50-year project involves the conveyance of 2,600 housing units, demolition of 1,874 units, construction of 914 new units, major renovation of 458 units and historic
    renovation of 26 units
  • $240 million development effort, includes inventory of 1,640 units
  • Received outstanding Air Force award
