Emily Scarff

Regional Manager

Ms. Scarff joined Burlington Capital Properties in March 2017 as Regional Manager, bringing with her approximately ten years of property management experience.   Ms. Scarff oversees a variety of multifamily properties including tax credit, student housing, conventional and senior living.  Emily has been instrumental in the lease up of several newly constructed properties currently and previously under management, including Vantage at Stone Creek, Vantage at Coventry, The Nest and The Cosgrove. 

Prior to joining Burlington Capital, Ms. Scarff spent seven years working for The Lund Company as an Asset and Commercial Property Manager.  In her previous roles with Lund, Emily was responsible for overseeing a large urban development consisting of residential and commercial space, facilities, parking, city park space, staffing, security, as well as all financial and operational reporting of such development.  She was also responsible for over 300 condominium units, management of the Concierge Department staff, marketing, and program implementation.   Ms. Scarff graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Master of Arts, Communication degree.
