LEAD is a program designed to enhance leadership skills and open doors for greater impact within NALA – The Paralegal Association, affiliated associations, and the broader legal community. Over the past year, Andria has dedicated her time to mastering key leadership competencies, including effective communication, diversity awareness, and strategic decision-making. Andria was 1 of 20 paralegals chosen out of over 200 paralegals in the nation to participate in the leadership program!
