Multimillion-Dollar Grant Aimed at Revitalizing North Omaha

On Wednesday, Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen and Omaha Mayor Jean Stothert revealed a substantial multimillion-dollar grant aimed at revitalizing North Omaha. The state of Nebraska is set to allocate $124 million for the redevelopment of the Omaha Airport Business Park and the Levi Carter Park Community Center.

Burlington Capital, in partnership with OEDCOmaha and the Greater Omaha Chamber completed the Master Planning for a proposed business park located in North Omaha, near Eppley Airfield. The concept is an economic development project, designed to make quality jobs available to residents of several Qualified Census Tracts in North Omaha.
