Construction is moving right along on our new 329-unit multifamily building at 48th & Dodge in Omaha, Nebraska. Crews have installed the lowest level of the underground parking structure and have backfilled around the foundation. Construction is also progressing on the 2nd level of parking and the first walls of the future courtyard and pool area have gone up.
