Jeff has over 15 years’ experience working in real estate development and has managed development projects across the country. Jeff has managed a variety of project types including Commercial, Multi-family, Mixed-Use and green space. Jeff’s experience includes developing offices, nonprofit program space, apartments, condos, restaurants & retail, banks, healthcare, art galleries, shelters, transitional housing and more.

An Environmental Scientist by training, Jeff has guided development projects through complex environmental remediation and natural resources permitting. Jeff has utilized a variety of financing techniques to fund projects and has developed projects using a variety of tax credits including Historic, Low-Income, New Market, Brownfields/Grayfields and Workforce Housing.
