Exciting progress happening on our multifamily project at 48th & Dodge. Crews have finished framing the 2nd level of apartments in the east building. Framing of the 3rd floor will begin early February. Interior construction inside the west building is progressing nicely. The first apartment units are currently having drywall installed and interior painting will follow. We look forward to welcoming residents in the second half of 2025.
