The grand opening for The Apartments at Dana Village, a Lutheran Family Services Initiative, in Blair, Nebraska took place yesterday. The Apartments at Dana Village is a redevelopment of the former Dana College campus and provides an affordable housing option with rent rates based on house-hold income.
