A complex of three structures surrounding a central courtyard that consolidates juvenile services toward the treatment/rehabilitation and trauma informed approach that is now the national model. A new eight-story Justice Center, connected to the existing Hall of Justice by a Skybridge, houses eight courtrooms as well as offices for attorneys, public defenders and court support personnel. A new secured four-story Youth Center with 64 sleep rooms, intake, visitation, education, indoor and outdoor recreation areas, and all support spaces is directly connected to the Justice Center. The existing MUD Building was completely remodeled for Probation Services.
