The Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya, William Samoei Ruto, on a national economic development mission, visited Omaha on the 28th of February. Burlington Capital, led by George Achola, Vice President and Counsel, in our Burlington’s real estate company partnered with Union Pacific’s, Executive Vice President Marketing & Sales, Kenny Rocker to host a lunch for the Deputy President and his team at UP headquarters.
The Deputy President that evening also visited with Burlington Chairman Emeritus, Mike Yanney. The conversation clearly showed that Nebraska and Kenya have opportunities to collaborate and work together for the benefit of their residents and citizens
