Cantera Partners, with Catholic Relief Services, Analyzes Impact of US Wheat Shipment

Cantera Partners is worked with Catholic Relief Services to analyze the impact of a large shipment of US wheat that was delivered to Kenya and Uganda. Members of the Cantera Partners team met with various wheat millers, processors, and flour mills to understand their operations.
