We were pleased to take part in the groundbreaking for a 330-unit, highly amenities, Class A, multifamily project in the heart of Omaha. Comprising approximately 2.75 acres at 48th & Dodge, the groundbreaking celebrated an exciting phase of the project.
A Historic Front Door
In a commitment to embracing the history of the area, the team is proud to be preserving the historic Pittman Veterinary building as the front door of the apartment community. Dr. Arthur B. Pittman, started his practice in 1948 in the now historic Pittman building. Dr. Pittman commissioned John Latenser & Sons to design his one-story concept in Art Moderne style, featuring curved glass block walls and long, clean horizontal lines. The Pittman will house the project’s leasing and management office as well as amenity space for residents.
Luxurious Amenities
The project will include a fitness center with yoga and group fitness studio, dedicated work from home facilities, a large community lounge, a theater and media room, an outdoor dog run, and a resort style outdoor pool.
