As we developed a new 329-unit apartment community near 48th and Dodge, we made a deliberate decision to preserve the 1948 art moderne building on site. It was once the veterinary practice of Dr. Arthur Pittman, whose impact on Omaha extended far beyond his profession.
He was a civic leader, a housing advocate, and a developer who helped expand opportunity in our city. Today, his restored office anchors the community as the leasing space and resident lounge.
