Omaha, NE – Burlington Capital, LLC is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Fearless Innovative Food Company (FIFC) to support the acquisition and expansion of Kemper Foods International, LLC, a premier manufacturer of frozen, handheld foods known for its quality and long-standing industry credibility.
Under the new entity, Fearless Innovative Food Company will acquire all existing assets from Kemper Foods International, including specialized Rheon machinery, where the company serves as a preferred manufacturing partner. Operating from a 42,500 sq. ft. USDA, FDA, Kosher, and BRC AA–certified facility in New Albany, Indiana, FIFC has a strategic distribution location, providing access to 80% of the U.S. population within a single day’s drive.
The experienced management team will remain in place, led by Mike Kemper, a 30-year food industry veteran with multiple successful exits and deep expertise in food innovation. Burlington Capital will support the FIFC management team in an advisory role, providing operational leadership across sales, finance, and operations to drive growth and scale execution.
