Pamela Finn has more than 30 years of experience as a business owner. Mrs. Finn founded an International design and manufacturing company, which was sold in 2016. She has extensive experience overseeing financial, leadership, and operational aspects of companies and organizations, including businesses operating in International Markets.
Mrs. Finn’s influence transcended borders, as she fostered partnerships both domestically and internationally. Her ability to build networks and cultivate relationships expanded Burlington Capital’s reach, opening doors to new markets and collaborations. Her global outlook, combined with a deep understanding of local nuances, positioned the organization as a player on the international stage. Her tenure as President of Business Development at Burlington Capital spanned from 2018-2023. Pamela currently serves as a Senior Advisor, where she continues to contribute her wealth of experience, offering guidance that is instrumental in the organization’s ongoing success. Her role as a mentor and strategic advisor underscores a commitment to fostering a legacy of excellence.
Ms. Finn is active in the community sitting on several community boards including the Omaha Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Marian High School Board of Directors, and the Fred and Pamela Buffett Cancer Center Advocacy Board.
