GEORGE H. KRAUSS

Managing Director

Mr. Krauss has served as Managing Director of Burlington Capital since 2010.  From 1996 to 2010, Mr. Krauss was a consultant to Burlington Capital.  From 1972 to 1997, Mr. Krauss practiced law with Kutak Rock LLP, serving as such firm’s managing partner from 1983 to 1993, and, from 1997 to 2006, was Of Counsel to such firm.  Mr. Krauss previously served on the Boards of Directors of MFA Financial, Inc. (from 1997 to June 2021 and was the Lead Director from May 2012 until June 2021), Gateway, Inc., from 1991 to October 2007, West Corporation, from January 2001 to October 2006, America First Apartment Investors, Inc., from January 2003 to September 2007, infoGROUP, Inc., from December 2007 to July 2010, and Core Bank and its predecessor Omaha State Bank.  Mr. Krauss received a Juris Doctorate degree and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska.
